Jennifer O'Donnell
OWNER | LEAD DESIGN | ECOLOGICAL LANDSCAPE DESINGER
Jennifer is a naturalistic landscape designer and artist based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, creating ecologically grounded gardens and landscapes throughout Greater Boston and surrounding suburbs.
With over 15 years of experience, she offers full-scale design servies, creating spaces that support biodiversity, reflect the character of the site, and feel good to spend time in. Her work ranges from city gardens and rooftops to larger residential properties, with each project shaped by the Age-Old wisdom of observing the Natural World.
Jennifer’s designs emphasize native and climate-resilient plant communities, layered planting, and sustainable practices that benefit both people and the surrounding environment. She holds a B.S. in Psychology and certificates in Permaculture Landscape Design and Pollinator Stewardship from UMass Amherst.

When she is not in the gardens, Jennifer enjoyes learning about everything physics, getting out of the city, hiking, karaoke and nerding out on the natural world with her daughter.

Benjamin Lloyd
ECOLOGICAL LANDSCAPE DESIGNER | SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECT
Benjamin Lloyd (M.S. in Ecological Design, B.A. in Architecture) crafts architecture, landscapes, and communities that are resilient, beautiful, and designed to meet the needs of the 21st century. His cross-disciplinary skillset is the product of a unique 10+ year pursuit studying how homes and habitats can improve our health and happiness. Along this pursuit, Benjamin has drawn on knowledge from a wide range of cultures, institutions, firms, design-build studios, workshops, research farms, and ecovillages, and the lessons have been clear: people seek spaces that are intuitive to build, operate, and navigate; function harmoniously with their environment; adapt gracefully to change; and inspire those who behold them.

Throughout his work, Benjamin weaves water, plant, stone, and structure into an ecologically intuitive mosaic that immediately familiarizes people with place.
